When readers buy through certain links on this site, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to the buyer. Affiliate relationships do not influence which providers appear in our directory, how providers are rated, or which providers receive quote routing. This page lists every active affiliate relationship.

Office Snack Boxes

We maintain a referral relationship with Office Snack Boxes, a customizable healthy office snack delivery service. Our partnership provides Healthy Office Snacks readers with a 50%-off code for their first delivery. We earn a commission on first-order revenue when readers redeem the discount.

This relationship is disclosed at every point of contact: the homepage, the dedicated snack-box offer page, the locations pages that recommend the discount, and the snack box thank-you page that delivers the discount code.

Equipment retailers (planned)

Our commercial coffee equipment reviews may include affiliate links to retailers from which buyers can purchase the reviewed equipment. Planned partnerships include Amazon Associates (commercial coffee gear), WebstaurantStore (restaurant supply), and select manufacturer dealer programs. When equipment reviews carry affiliate links, the affiliate relationship is disclosed inline within the review.

Equipment ratings are independent of affiliate relationships. We do not raise or lower a rating because a manufacturer offers a higher commission. If a reviewed product has no affiliate program available, we still list buying options without an affiliate link, and we do not penalize the rating for it.

Coffee subscriptions (planned)

Where buyer guides discuss subscription coffee programs as an alternative to managed office coffee service, affiliate links to subscription providers may be included with inline disclosure.

Office and breakroom equipment (planned)

Refrigerators, water dispensers, ice machines, and other breakroom equipment reviews may carry affiliate links to retailers including Amazon Associates and WebstaurantStore.

SaaS for office and facilities (planned)

Where buyer guides reference workplace software (visitor management, room booking, inventory tools), we may add affiliate links to vendors that offer affiliate programs. SaaS affiliate links carry the same inline disclosure as other affiliate placements.

What affiliate relationships do not change

  • The seven-criteria methodology we apply to every listed provider.
  • Which providers appear in the directory or in matched-quote routing.
  • How we rate, rank, or describe providers and equipment.
  • Which reviews we publish or refuse to publish.
  • Whether a buyer's contact information is shared (it is not).

Our publisher's own commercial interests

Healthy Office Snacks is published by Office Libations, LLC. Office Libations also operates a Bay Area office services company that appears as one of the providers listed in the San Francisco Bay Area directory. That ownership relationship is described in detail on the About page and on the conflicts of interest section of the methodology page. It is not an affiliate relationship in the FTC sense, but it is a material connection and we disclose it the same way.
