How we vet

Every operator is reviewed against seven criteria: ingredient quality and clean-label depth, dietary inclusion, sourcing standards, service consistency, contract flexibility, tech tools, and sustainability. We weight ingredient quality and dietary inclusion heavily, our audience comes here looking for healthy programs specifically.

What we don't list

Resellers without operating infrastructure, providers with serious unresolved customer complaints in our research, and any operator who can't demonstrate basic dietary inclusion (vegan, gluten-free) in their standard menu.

Who can be listed? +

Operators of office coffee service (OCS), pantry, snack delivery, micro-market, and vending programs serving any of our 22 covered metros. We accept national operators, regional independents, and local family-owned businesses. We do not list resellers without operating infrastructure.

How are listings vetted? +

Every operator is reviewed against our seven criteria: ingredient quality, dietary inclusion, sourcing standards, service consistency, contract flexibility, tech tools, and sustainability. We may request menus, contract templates, or client references. Listings that fall short on multiple criteria may be deferred until we can document fit.

What does it cost to be listed? +

Baseline directory inclusion is free for vetted operators in our 22 covered metros. We offer paid placements (featured cards, sponsored profiles, lead routing on inquiries we can't match elsewhere) for operators who want priority. We clearly mark all paid placements as such.

How does lead routing work? +

When an office submits an inquiry through our site, we route it to providers whose service area, program type, and capacity fit the request. Operators who opt in receive matched leads with the office's metro, headcount, service interests, and email, no obligation to respond, no obligation to sell.

Can I update or correct my listing? +

Yes. After we list you, you'll get an editor link to suggest updates: services offered, geographic coverage, partnership relationships, and so on. We review and publish changes within 5 business days.
